DisplayPort not working

Hello, i have problem with my displayport, i bough a new monitor, which works 100% fine, displayport works fine on other pc. but as soon as i connect it to mines, then it just shows black screen, i tried updating drivers, switching the cable, updating bios, the graphic card is gtx 1660 super, it has 3DP and 1 hdmi, i tested every three of them and none of them works, hdmi works fine, when i connected the DP first time the screen just flashed, worked for 1-2 second and then just gave black screen no signal. the card was bought from one dude. he was using only hdmi port, which is true because i could see scratches in the port. and there were no scratches in the DP or any sign of use. and also it has label of warranty on the screws so he didnt even open it. I dont know what to try more. thank you
