Laptop - random BSODs

  • OS - Windows 11 pro 23H2 (x64)
  • Came without os, downloaded from microsoft website
  • Hw age: manufactured dec'22, in use since aug'23
  • Age of OS installation - sep'23, kinda scared to loose data (have no place for backup)
  • CPU model: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H

Start with updating your gpu drivers, I use amd so I would look for a YouTube video or similar

I would set up a camera facing the screen then run some stress tests on your cpu and gpu to see what the crashes were
