Hi guys.

On the Asus Maximus IV Extreme, one network adapter is working okay but second one I suppose is dead.

Is giving me what is showed on video and after that only orange LED sometimes is flashing:

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

it being dead is unlikely, since you can see activity so its obviously doing something. have you installed the correct drivers for it?

Drivers from SDI.

No warning signs in device manager.

What driver you suggest me to install?

your two ports are attached to two different controllers
one of the controllers is the Intel 82579V Gigabit Ethernet Controller
the second one is the Realtek RTL8111E Gigabit Ethernet Controller

idk if sdi installed both drivers

PC went to sleep and I woke it up  and saw that network was connected for brief of second then again no internet message.

Orange led is ON all the time and yellow led was flashing. After 2-3 minutes, at this moment only yellow led flashes, I got mesaage connected but I can not open any website (only yellow led keeps flashing).

This is so weird.

Today it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting back again.

Yellow LED flashes whole time.

But I can not open any website though it shows I am connected to ethernet.

Now after 2-3 min both LEDs dead.
