Help Needed for 600 usd PC

Budget (including currency): 600000 CLP or basically 600 USD

Country: Chile. So the prices shown in, lets say, PcPartPicker will vary a lot because Amazon is not really an option cuz of shipment prices. If anybody is interested, the best place to look at prices in my case is https://www.solotodo.cl/ which lists stores from my country with the cheapest prices you can find.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'm looking for 1080p gaming, 1440p would be nice but I don't think it fits on my budget. I'm upgrading because my current machine cannot really run games like Sons of The Forest (I played The Forest and have been waiting to play the sequel for quite a while). I play games like Valheim, Fortnite and such so not the most demanding, but I'm looking to squeeze the most performance out of my budget.

Other details: I need absolutely everything. I currently have a laptop that I'm gonna sell so I'm lacking a monitor and keyboard, OS wise I'll probably use Windows and never activate it. I'm down to getting into the used market and I've spotted some decent stuff (the most remarkable I would say is an I5 10400, a B460m ds3h v2, Rx580 8gb, 16 gigs of RAM and a 750 plus bronze PSU for just 300000 CLP or around 300 USD). Of course many of you are not really able to look into the used market of my country because you are not from here and don't have anywhere to look so some recommendations on what to look for in the used market would be useful. The PC I found in the used market that i just described seemed pretty good to me for the price, but maybe I'm wrong. On top of that, any list of parts is useful!
