is there like a watch dogs app? not the official one by ubisoft, but just a fake one with just tiles you can press to turn on and off light, camera's etc... (ofcourse it's not going to work in real life) but is there something like this out there for android? and if yes, please send me the link

No, sadly. Earlier, when the release date was still October, they released one for Canada, which actually controlled stuff in some special PR events. But it got removed, and now we only have the ctOS mobile one :(

is there still an apk file flying around or something?

Oh, neither can I... Um... I can look for another source, but if you just google 'Watch Dogs Live .apk', you'll find one eventually.

i think i found another one, downloading it now.
