So hi, um I have already ordered an order for my computer which is a wifi card. which its a no name brand but its only show ANATEL. This wifi card is very cheap but seems to be useful. I talked to the seller, does this support windows 10? and he said "yes". so I just ordered it and installed it when it arrived. when I turn on my computer I am greeted with a blue screen of death.

Most likely that (11 years old!) WLAN card is just dead, causing your computer to be unstable and windows to crash.

General tip, don't write your text into a single, overly long line, that makes it really annoying to read.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.

It should, but it's evidently broken on a hardware level.

If wired internet via an ethernet cable isn't an option for you, there's kinda no other way. Though I'd recommend you to buy a new card which will then also have support for newer and more secure WLAN standards.

TP-Link generally makes good stuff, so it should work fairly well.

In general, wired ethernet has lower latency (and is built into virtually any modern motherboard), so if you can, use that.
