Heard the used market is pretty good down under.

 

Might find a good deal on a 7700 or equivalent  and have more money for a GPU upgrade. And that does what you really need which is a platform upgrade. GPU can happen anytime

 

Not sure that the 7900x3d is really the best bang for the buck right now if you are playing higher settings 1440p.
