Yes, basically you need to make sure the ram is running 6000mhz and not too much above, or you will suffer latency penalty.

The PC you linked is good and would be able to play at highest settings 60+fps 1080p and 1440p, but... it is pretty darn overpriced / not worth the price from the looks of it. Also a lot the specific components are very vague and non of them have specific brand or model listed.

Here is a list I just quickly threw together that should be better. German prices should be pretty close to our price market form what I saw when building my PC 2 weeks ago.
