Through trial and error, testing the individual fans and downloading many many fan speed programs, ive worked out my case fans just suck (should've tested that first  )

Case fans are just the original AF fans that come on the 750D then I have 2 radiators with SP120s on them and they're near dead silent now. So I'm looking to replace the case fans with the AF120/SP120/AF140 fans. Question is, will 2 front intakes 2 bottom intakes 3 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust cause an overload of dust (yes, the intakes are filtered)?

Also, saw on youtube that SP fans would be better at the front due to the HDD cages/solid front panel etc, yes? no? maybe? don't know?

So plan is rear AF140 exhaust, 3 top SP120 exhaust on a rad, 2 front AF140/SP120 intakes and 2 SP120s bottom intake on rad

Usually when there are filters a SP fan is better since it can push the air through the filters easily with its better static pressure. Its better to use SP fans (for intake) in the front to get air through the hard drive cages. As long as you have filters, you shouldn't have alot of dust being accumulated in your case. Your plan is not bad but if there are filters I would get SP series to get a more directed airflow. Would personally use AF series fans for exhaust.

So 4 SP120s as intake and 3 SP120s plus a AF140 as exhaust should be okay for dust?

Yes it will be fine as I had 3 intakes and 3 exhausts and it didn't accumulate alot of dust in the case (but may vary depending on how dusty your area is). The filters should be able to get most of the dust but be sure to clean it when the filter becomes dusty every once in a while to avoid the restriction of airflow. ;)
