PC not shutting down properly

Hi guys! I have a problem with my pc since i bought it (10 months ago). Everytime i start or Close my PC a notification pops up in the event viewer saying "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly " Code 41 . I am thinking that it cannot shut down properly. If i try to hold the button for long enough until power off the error is the same. I am thinking maybe is there somebody with the same error/fix ??

PSU: Gigabyte 850 w gold 80+

rx 7900GRE PURE

Ryzen 7 7700

Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x16 6400mhz 32cl and an asus b650m WIFI ii
