Help with building plan

Budget (including currency): SGD1.5k (flexible so budget isnt too big of a worry)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant

Other details: Im helping my friend (semi-pro) build a rig for an upcoming competition. He needs the rig to run around 700fps because he's getting a 540hz mon. We have the case (Hyte y70 Touch) and cpu (i7-14700). We’re thinking of getting a 4070 super and B760 but I wouldn’t mind a second opinion. I’m wondering if we should get a slightly stronger gpu like a 4080ti. Also not sure which mobo to go for. Thinking of either Gigabyte B760 Aorus Elite or the ROG Strix B760-A.

The 4070 Super will work fine for what he's wanting.
