New GPU Won't Display

My computer kept crashing so I got a new GPU because I figured out that my RTX 3080 was the problem.

 

I got an RX 6750xt on eBay, and when I first plugged it in it worked fine, installed drivers and restarted my PC and then it kept working, then I restarted once more and now I can't get video out.

 

I can get video of of the motherboard, and I can get video out of my old GPU, but something happened and I don't know what.

 

The PC does turn on and the Lights on the GPU turn on as well. My wireless keyboard and mouse also seem to be connected to the PC, so I'm not quite sure what the issue could be since it seems to be on.

 

If anyone could help me, or point me in the right direction that would be great!

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

ASUS Prime B650-Plus (BIOS version 1616)

AMD Ryzen 5 7600

4x8 GB DDR5 4800MHz

Powercolor Reddevil RX6750xt

spcc m.2 PCIe ssd

Crucial BX 500 (1 TB)

Gigabyte UD850GM Modular Powe Supply

Try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).  Your past Nvidia drivers might not be playing nice with the shiny new AMD drivers.

I've already tried doing this like 2 or 3 times.

 

First when I first installed it.

Then after it stopped working I tried wiping the drivers using the Motherboard graphics.

 

And then I tried my old GPU again, got the the drivers for that one, then removed them, then installed the new one, still no output.
