I would try getting a 5600, and I'd say the 5700xt is good if that fits in your budget. It would be nice to see a pcpartpicker reference so we can see your pick's pricing.

Okay, I've decided to do see what I could pick on pcpp, it's pretty good but I did have to go 80$ over budget.
I would just suggest seeing what used GPUs you can find, maybe a 3070 or a 6700xt, see what your local used hardware stuff is.
