Sound probleme

hello guys  i m new to pc building and i recently bought a new pc it works good but i have an annoying problem when i play games or chilling on discord t a little bit of lag or some kind of freez happen and then the sound no longer work and  it wouldn't work until i restart the pc it works fine and after a while i figured out that i don't need to restart the pc to make it work again i only need to disable my headset from the sound control panel  and it will work and by the way when this problem happened the fire fox media stops working so i cant play any video or any thing the media control stuck on pause

And I m using a headset called zeus x
