I recently made a lot of cable management in my setup and moved all my cables to a usb-c connection.

However, I also noticed that my charger only has 2 pins (type C plug), so now my computer (it's a laptop) and all my devices are not grounded.

Would it be a good idea to make a usb-c cable and connect the GND pin to the ground of the power outlet, to ground the whole system?

No, nothing has ground... and I'm one of those "edge cases". I can feel the current flowing (or something) when I touch the chassis with my hand, I've always felt when some device is not grounded. It's not dangerous, but it's annoying and I wanted to fix it.

Don't really know too much about electronics, but can't you just plug the USB charger into a power strip and plug the power strip into the wall?
