i9 13900ks problems

Heres the rundown,

Ive just gotten my i9 13900ks back from rma due to it freezing and giving me super high frame times and making gaming at a competitive level really rubbish. When I sent my motherboard and cpu back for them to check the motherboard and cpu, they said that the cpu was faulty as it was giving me a core error on occt. When I submitted the RMA I was using my old i7 8700k and it never once stuttered apart from low fps due to the cpu.

It mainly happens on cs2 randomly but when it happens i can tab out and my pc works totally fine and i have to task manager it? many thanks

If you experience the problem only when using CS2 and the problem goes away when you tab out of CS2, wouldn't it be kind of obvious the problem is with CS2?

It kind of freezes randomly but I can tab out of the game when It freezes. With the old i9 13900ks it did this with cs2 and started doing it in multiple other games like l4d2
