DynaBook Mainboard

Hello People,

i have a little issue with an Laptop Mainboard (FUR3Sy2). The issue is when i connect it to power it makes a tiny clicking noise and does not turn on. The clicking is also there when the fan is unplugged. The main has otherwise nothing installed. Does anyone know an easy fix? otherwise it will be scrap. Information about the original device: dynabook Tectra X50-F-11E p/N: PLR31E-007002GR S/N: 50075866H SC: A1PLR31E1112  DC5-20V 3.25A max

little update i got to try it with a battery conected and it sort of worked so i soldered a barrel jack on the pins where the battery connector was and know iam looking for an 15v psu to try that out.
