5700X3D or 5800X3D

Radeon 7900XT or RTX 4070 Ti Super 

A 800-1000W Quality PSU

Keep the rest, and you don't actually need anything more. Maybe upgrading your peripherals, audio, TV?

The microcenter nearby (2ish hours) is the one opening in Charlotte on the 8th of May. Can't check their stock prices yet as they're not live.

 

I think I'll stick with am4 and use the extra funds to get a better monitor. Thank you for the build suggestions.
