"OpenCL.dll not found"

Hi, I have been receiving this error every time I boot up my PC or launch a game. I can not seem to find how to reinstall/install it through google. I have a RX 590 graphics card and wondered if it was a driver thing or if I do just have to install it. If I do have to install it if anyone could give me some guidance I would appreciate it! Thanks!

download the appropriate driver for your operating system and open the program, it will then guide you through the install

I'd recommend reinstalling your graphics drivers.

First uninstall them using DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4876). The process is relatively simple but feel free to use YouTube if you're not feeling confident.
Second just install RX 590 drivers off of AMD website. (https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-590) choose your OS and download the Adrenaline version, and just follow the installation proccess.
