Windows 11 problems with usb

So I bought a Razer deathadder v2 Hyperspeed and at first it worked flawlessly for a while with windows 11 Pro.

I reinstalled the Windows and now it mooves on its own...First i tought that it was the mouse but its NOT because i got a replacement from Amazon 

I realy dont know what to do! Can someone help me?

Reinstalling the Chipset driver didnt help.

I m worried its the OS doing some kind of voodoo stuff
