Thermal throttling problem

Hi

When I was playing Baldurs gate 3 I opened hardware stats from curiosity and I saw that my gpu worked at 900MHz/ below that and had 88'C . I checked once again on HWinfo and it was thermal throttling .My CPU had 101'C but I locked it at 90'C and it worked. I dont know what to do about GPU . I have legion 5 2021 with r5 5600h and rtx 3060 mobile .

Thanks in advance for every piece of advice given

FPS lock is the best way to control thermals on Laptops, which sadly is nearly impossible. The less FPS it produces, the less it has to work. It could also be that your laptop is dusty inside as well and need to be blown out with some canned air or need to be repasted.
