Triple Screen setup suddenly stopped working

Long explanation to make sure everything is clear and so you can hopefully help find a solution easier. I recently bought a 4070 Super, upgrading from a RX 580.

 

I have a triple screen setup, 2 monitors (Main monitor 1440p 75hz, 2nd monitor 1080p 60hz) and a TV (1080p 60hz). This worked fine with my RX 580 and was working fine with the 4070s up until today.

I have to use a new DP to HDMI cord for the TV (since the 580 the had 2 HDMI ports the 4070s only has one) and when I first plugged all 3 in it worked fine. I got picture, sound, etc... but the scaling, resolution and colors/brightness/etc... on the TV were off, so I just fixed as best as I could in the control panel but everything was fine and working after that.

 

Yesterday, I shut off my main and 2nd monitor to watch something on the TV by itself and decided to switch to a different HDMI input for my TV to see if maybe that could be why it was all off. Surprising myself when the picture looked better and just like how it had when I was running triple monitor on my RX580.

 

But when I woke up and turned on my main monitor wasn't working and it started showing as a small box 3rd monitor in the Windows settings and then when I go to detect it, it disappears. In the Nvidia control panel, it just continuously flashes up as a 3rd unchecked option that disappears after a second and just repeats that.

 

I even tried plugging the TV back into the port that it was previously working with all 3 monitors and its still having this issue. Now I can only have 2 of the 3 monitors plugged in at the same time. Any time I plug in a 3rd, my main monitor disconnects.

 

I would honestly be fine going back to the TV having the worse quality but still triple screen setup but that's not working either. I've searched all over but can't find a solution.
