It could be one of those chinese refurbished cards, which means that it is could be anything from a GT510 to a 1050Ti?

You could find out by removing the cooler and physically looking at the die, but that is likely more effort than it is worth for the seller. Do they not provide any info? I would skip the deal unless the card is cheap
