I've bought all of these components.

Since my motherboard supports USB-C 3.2x2, I really want to use this.

But PCPartBuilder seems to not have listed all cases that supports this. They even have faulty configured features (f.ex. H9 Elite).

Right now I've been looking at the MSI Gungnir 300R Airflow, Velox 100R or H9 Flow.

Would be nice to get a case which follows 4+ RGB fans for the front and rear.

The Gungnir supports upto 12 fans and I see this as a nice feature, but the design is quite awful.

Would be nice to get a tip for the case I should go with:)

Although I've bought a 4070 Ti (a week prior the S launch), I'm thinking to return it and buy the 4070TiS. Is this worth it? It's a $100 upgrade if I go with the ProArt OC.

Or should I go with another 4070 Ti S?

The case features are cool, but the USB-C is 3.1x2 😞

Read a few reddit reviews... said the 4070 Ti Windforce is really bad and boost clock is very low.

There hasn't been any reviews yet of the Gigabyte 4070 Ti Super 16GB Windforce. There will be more cards released later this week (Thursday).
