PC won't start properly

ID0

Hello there,

I'm coming from ArchLinux and I'm dual booting Windows just to play games on it.

On my ArchLinux system I don't have any problems, I press the power button, PC starts and that's it.

When I "shut down" Windows from the start task bar it turns off but when I then (usually next day) press the power button, I see my CPU fans spin up, mouse and keyboard power up (LGBTQ lights) and then the screen is still black and my monitor blinks that it's still in Standby waiting for a signal, it doesn't show "no signal" etc it just doesn't do anythings.

I'm sure it's a Windows issue not a hardware issue, because ArchLinux works fine, and never had any issues.
