I am building a pc with the Montech 903 base(b) and need to know how to configure fans for optimal airflow. I have a 2 fan radiator, and the case comes with 2 front fans(intake by default) and one back fan(exhaust by default), how should I arrange things for the best airflow?

Thanks!

If the "2 fan radiator" involves a 240mm radiator, top mount that to exhaust, fans pushing through. Keep the rest.

The case like many of its form are designed to front intake, rear+top exhaust.

keep it like that, two front intake fans, the double rad up top exhausting in a push config and you can turn around the back fan as intake

It comes with 2x140mm intakes by default but you can increase to 3x140mm intakes if you wish, neat case in that regard to be able to take such big fans in such a confined space, 3x140mm intake is a pretty nice amount of intake air and will match the 3x140mm exhaust and will still result in positive pressure as 2x of those exhaust are through a rad

TLDR; awesome case, you can add another fan if you wish!

Agreed, but I would highly encourage the third fan. You may not see any sizeable decrease in your CPU temps, I would wager that you will see better GPU cooling because of the 3rd fan. Not to mention a cleaner interior.

Put the radiator on the top with the tubes facing down and mount the fans on the inside of that with the fans exhausting out the top

So do I put the fans as exhaust between the radiator and the case, or do I have the below the radiator. If I have to do the second option, won’t it end up looking bad because I’ll see the backs of the fans?

second option, you wont see the backs of the fans from underneath as theyll be exhaust and you wont see them from the top as there will be a radiator in the way
