I just got a new m.2ssd had problems finding it in windows but got it working. Now i went to do a clean windows install on that drive, from a usb stick but getting stuck in restart loop. Cant seem to get past it as i cant set the ssd as boot after first restart as getting ”insert bootable drive” and just cant get it working. Anyone got any tips for it? Tried to tweak bios with and without secure boot, uefi only etc but keep getting same errors. Also tried to remove all other drives before clean install aswell.

I know you mentioned that your SSD is new, but it might be worth considering enabling legacy mode in your BIOS settings if it supports it. It might not be the ultimate fix, but giving it a shot could be worthwhile in case it does help resolve your issue
