Fail Pen spotted?

The opening of the video "I Still Miss EVGA - Building the All EVGA PC" features Linus using a pen that matches the known descriptions of the Fail Pen.  It appears to be bolt action (with brass inners), has a screwed-on clip, and looks just like their screwdriver shafts.

 

It must be pretty close to ready.

 

(I know, it's a tech video, and I'm excited about the pen... whadya gonna do?)

ETA?  (I know, this is an evergreen question for all upcoming products.)

 

Will it be a limited run (built only from the collection of failed production shafts), or will this be a long-running product?

 

What kind of refills does it hold?

Thanks!  I watched that video but must have zoned out during that part (sorry Linus).  Much better looks at the pen in that video.

 

The knurling doesn't look sharp enough for my taste, but still looks more 3-D than some other pens I've seen.

 

Like the "LTT" logo on the bolt.
