Monsgeek has the M5 which is a 100% keyboard or M2 which is a 1800 layout, if you interested in monsgeek why not go with those?

Best guess is the W stands for wireless.

I like that M3W on monsgeek, I may look for ones similar but with a numpad (I work in excel often.)

Keychron K10 Pro and Q6 Pro are both wireless and fullsize, though the latter is decidedly on the very pricey side of budget nowadays. If wireless isn't that big of a deal, the V6 is also a nice and affordable option, the regular Q6 is good as well but quite expensive in comparison.

Ducky One 3 might be another option, depending on the price. The third generation of the One also has now hotswap and should be compatible with all keycaps. Couldn't find a good price for it though, amazon listings were all over the place.

If you are looking for a cheaper kit with more budget left for customization, maybe the MG108W kit could interest you: https://www.monsgeek.com/product/mg108w-kit/

Fullsize custom options are usually rather limited for reasons unbeknownst to mankind, the majority of people in the community go for smaller and smaller keyboards, sadly.

value keyboards

Define value, please.

In other words, what is your budget, region (shipping and shop availability), layout requirements (US ANSI ok?), mechanical or membrane, other requirements or preferences?

Sub $150 USD, in US, ANSI ideal, no other  requirements would like the keycaps to light up for use at night/in dark.

There are quite a few options from Nuphy, Keychron, Monsgeek, Epomaker has a bunch of brands in their shop as well:

Have a look around, the important bit is that they use hotswap sockets so you can change switches later on (low-profile switches are not compatible with regular ones though). Optical or Hall Effect switches are not compatible either, nor can you put regular ones into an optical or HE keyboard.

Keycaps are almost always compatible as the MX style + stem is pretty universal in the custom keyboard space.
