PC not turning on

so the other day i was playing normally on the pc and it suddenly tunred off completly and didn't turn on again. i removed the cabel from the power supply and pluged it again after about 10 seconds and tried to turn it on but the fans light up and tried to start rotating but stoped immediately and didn't move at all. this happens only when i unplug the power supply. the keyboard LEDs however turns on even beofre i try to start the pc.

anyone know the reason behind it and if i can fix it at home. 

i did used the oc for about 8 months before this has happened
