GTA file transfer

I have a Steam Deck 512 GB with SteamOS and Windows 10. Following problems: I had played GTA up to about 10%. Now I installed windows to mod it. I have only played Sp/storymode. I have made a steam recovery backup and I backed up all the files from steamapps>common>Grand Theft Auto V. How can I move them to windows whilst keeping my progress? Thanks in advance
