You could get it on Amazon:http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dsoftware&field-keywords=Microsoft%20Access%202003

but I couldn't find this software bundled with something else. Is there any reason that you want Access 2003 vs newer versions of Access?

We have an old program we use on the shop floor that is only compatible with it on WIN7. Were upgrading to windows 7 from XP and trying to get a bunch of 10 year old manufacturing programs to work on windows 7 is a lot of fun xD

You could get Access 2013 since Access 2013 is compatible with Windows 7. Unless you are trying to find the disk for Access 2003 since you have the product code but not the disk?

You could get Office 2003 which includes Access: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Office-2003-Professional-Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Access-Outlook-Academic-/390840508854

or

Access 2003 using the amazon link in my above post or this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Office-Access-2003-Retail-Upgrade-/351072843453?pt=US_Office_Business_Software&hash=item51bd9276bd

The price range for Access on Ebay vs Amazon is pretty big but the seller on Ebay seems pretty trusted from user reviews. Can't guarantee that you will get a working copy though. :/
