Message after bios update

Hello, I have the following message on screen after a bios update but my keyboard is bluetooth via usb, pressing N or Y does nothing, any idea how to get past it?

Thanks But i have no usb keyboards

Will it work to do a bios flashback to previous version?

No, you're going to get that whenever you start up the system with a fresh BIOS.
