Spec: R5 5500u

Ram:2x8 gb (it was 1x8)

Storage:m.2 SSD 256 GB

Charger:45w

I bought this laptop in Serbia with a Serbian keyboard and saw a bunch of reviews about the chip, I play Dota 2, and payday is nothing too demanding.

Problems:

So I know that chip is rated from 8w-30w and usually companies lock it to 15W, but my laptop behaves differently. When the laptop is below 60% battery life laptop goes on its head, it turbo to 30W for a short time usually and then drops to 2W and it does that constantly, it's not when I play Dota or some other game that kind of behavior is present whatever I do with the laptop(stream videos, watch youtube, browse the web) and in those ups and downs the system is unusable. I updated the bios multiple times and now I am in the latest bios and the problem persists.

What I did:

Downgraded the system to Windows 10, and I read that Windows 11 was bad for Ryzen systems.

Tried the power management thing to set it on 97% when plugged in.

I installed all the chipsets and drivers on the latest version.

What kinda worked but did not:

I installed the Universal x86 Tunning Utility to try to limit it to 8w/15w/20/25w in hopes that I fix its 30W spike that slows down the system, but it kinda worked. The 8w/15w preset worked well, temps were okay in cinebench (58c-65c) but the problem is when I go to 20W (sometimes) when the temperatures go over 72c it will go back to 15W and it won't go to 20w.

Then after more observation without the program, I noticed that my laptop throttles at 73c, and that is why I have those weird bugs. When it spikes to 30w it will raise the temperature to 76c in a second, coolers can't keep up with it in that second and it will throttle it back to 2W so it can cool down.

I can't modify anything in bios, because it is really basic, somewhere I read there are advanced bios buttons but I can't find what button that is. Any1 have any idea how can I let it go more than 72c which is low temperature for any chip.
