Other details

Hi! First time here!

So, I have this lenovo laptop "Ideapad Gaming 3" with a GTX 1650 4gb, an Intel Core i5-10300H and 16gb of ram. I also bought recently a 144hz 1980x1080 monitor (since now I don't really use the "portability" of a laptop anymore) and because of that I kinda wanna to built a PC for the first time! The only problem with my original setup is that I kinda don't  like the fact that I can't play any game that aren't an "indie 2d platform" at 144hz full resolution, like moded ror2 or cs2. I kinda don't care for overall graphics quality, but I really care for high frame-rate (not because  I am "competitive" or something, just because I feel more pleasing to the eyes when the framerate is always at 144fps and not at 70fps and then 30fps and then 40fps...) and I also care if the PC can last at least 5 years or so without needing to upgrade something.
I wanted to know if you all think that I should built a new PC, or if there is no problem if I stay with my setup now and wait a little. It's my first time building so feel free to suggest anything.
(No need for a mouse nor a keyboard, I already have both)

Some stores here on Brazil: pichau, kabum, terabyteshop

You can look at Amazon or Aliexpress too, but take care, because I'll probably not buy it if it's not on Brazil or if it's price is higher than 50 US dollars (because of taxes 👀)
