Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Faulty motherboard in existing build so using as excuse to do a light upgrade. 

Already Have: Vetroo V5 cpu cooler, gtx 950, micro atx thermal take case.

 

Just need some opinions on if this build is good or not haha.

Buying cpu for $135 second hand

And buying gpu later on second hand.

The prices arent accurate so thats why over budget
