My pc wont start.

Hi,

So when i press the power button, the fans start spinning, while my normals fans keep spinnings the psu fan starts and stopps immediately. And my motherboard has 2 red lights which start blinking.

Motherboard: Msi MPG z390i 

 

Ive tried reconnecting cables and going through the pc to see if something is off, but there isnt anything clear i could see. So im not sure what to do.

Nope, nothing is written next to it.

do you have any components lying around that you could use to test?

are you sure your psu is powerful enough for your components?

1: Nope, unfortunately i dont have any extra components to test with.

 

2: Yeah it should work, Ive had it working fine for about 3years and now i was gone for about 3months and when i came back its just stopped working.
