Budget (including currency): 220 for cpu and 320 for gpu (usd)

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Apex, overwtch, csgo, valorant, forntie, siege

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  1440p is what i want it 1080p is fine. for fps, refresh rate i need something that is as good as possible

a 7600 and a thermalright PA120 for the cpu

Then a used 3080 or a 6700 xt for the gpu

A 7600 by itself is 200 bucks so that leaves 340 bucks for the gpu
