Budget (including currency): 1300

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, video editing with Vegas pro 20, blender

Other details:

I'm planning on building a new but idk what parts are good with what exactly and all the pc words (I'm very new to this). I wanna get a pc that's good for both gaming and video editing and at least does well with blender I've looked up on Google and a bunch of YouTube videos on it and I think I'm starting to get a slight idea of how things work and what I should get if I wanna upgrade. But as I am new to this stuff I don't trust myself much about it so I wanted to ask people who are better and know more about at this than I do so any suggestions, help, or anything would be nice. Also my budget is $1300 but I’m fine with going a little over
