Can't run 3 24in 1080p Monitors at 144hz with out one of them shutting off

*I AM NOT TRYING TO DO TRIPLE MONTOR GAMING, SO NO NVIDIA SURROND*

I have an odd problem thats been happening on several GPU's. Had issues with the Geforce 1080, next was the Radeon 7 and now I have a 4070. All of them had this issue. Three 24in gaming monitors that all run at 144hz for a short time then if the monitor goes to sleep or I restart the system then one of them wont come back on. It changes which monitor goes offline. If I reinstall the nvida graphics driver it will run fine on all 3 monitors at 144hz till the PC is restarted then one of them wont come back on. It needs to be noted that this is a currently I have a fresh install of windows 10 or 1but it happened on 11 and older windows 10.

I thought it was GPU's at first till I've gone thru 3. Then I thought it was the cables so I bought 3 new cables (I'm now on my 3rd set of cables). I've had this issue for years on these monitors and I'm finally just fed up with it and want to know what I'm missing. Everyone I talk to and all forum post I see say it should work fine with no issues. Oh and all the cables are 3m / 9 ft cables. Not sure that matters but just in case. I have a stand up desk and need the long ones cuz my case sits on the ground.

I'm currently running the middle monitor at 144hz and the two side monitors at 60 hz and that the max I can set them with out one of the monitors not coming back on..

Anyone have any ideas?

Update* I let me computer go into sleep mode over night and work up and 144hx middle monitor didn't work. So I can not have any monitor run at 144hz and it be stable.

I had to lower all 3 montiors to 120hz and its now stable even if I restart the PC or let it sleep.
