Windows 0xc000001 error

It al started when my pc would give a black screen/no video after waking from sleep, but after a restart it would give a screen and the pc was usable. But the no video after wake from sleep was still there. After one time I shutdown my pc and wanted to restart the pc but this booted me into auto repair mode, but was unable to get out of this mode. so I was/ am stuck in this mode. the error that was causing this was error code 0xc000014c, on the file \Windows\system32\config\system.

I tried sfc, chkdsk and bootrec /fixboot which did not workthen I copied the same file form my laptop to this pc to see if I could fix it this way. Now I get an 0xc0000001 error and unable to boot in to the windows. Can someone help me without reinstalling the whole windows and losing al installed programs and settings?
