RTX 3080 driver issues

Hello everyone. I have started having the following issues with my 3080 Founders Edition. While playing Netflix in Chrome, I’d see some very sporadic effects while streaming. YouTube, Hulu, etc are fine. Cyberpunk 2077 will start but will not load any save game nor will it let me start a new one. I checked the integrity and said it was fine. Starfield loads ok. I thought about updating the graphics driver and when it’s installing and you get that normal black screen, when it comes back the PC is completely frozen. I did a DDU uninstall, tried several driver versions and they all do the same. They seem to install correctly in safe mode, but all the same issues with cyberpunk 2077 and YouTube keep happening. Any advice? Is my GPU starting to die?

Do you know if thoses "sporadic effects" are artefacts ? If no, please describe more or take a photo if you can catch it.
