Budget (including currency):  under $2700

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: starfield, Hogwarts legacy, etc. High end AAA games and minecraft with a ton of mods.

Other details need a new PC, was wondering if any of you have had success with ibuypower? I can't have any builds on PCPartpicker cause I am not able to build it and it is easier for me to buy prebuilds. And also more convenient and comfortable with it.

Your experience in prebuilds would be wonderful to know about!

I've had great luck out of Alienware prebuilts.  I've owned 2x R13, an R14, about 4 of the r15's and so far, 2 R16's.  Everyone has worked right out of the box and done exactly what it's supposed to do.  Some midrange specs like a 12700kf/3070, and others as high end as you can go.  If you aren't familiar with Alienware's outside of all the hate that is on the internet, give this video a watch.  Also, another good thing with Alienware/Dell in particular you can return it after 30 days for any reason for a full refund, plus their next business day warranty for hardware replacement is some of the best in the business.

The trouble with prebuilts in Canada is you can get killed on shipping and duty when it comes over the border. Depending on where you are, I’ve had good success with sending people to Memory Express to work with someone to pick out components and get it built based on their recommendations, which I think they charge $150 for, which is less than shipping from a lot of SIs, and they have a warranty.

I got a "budget" prebuild iBuyPower from Best buy about 2 years ago during the shortage.  Considering a $1100usd (which dropped around $600-ish like half a year after) system during that period is really just now starting to need an upgrade or 2, I'm sure you can find something good at your budget.

As far as what you said you want to run, Starfield seems to be the only thing I'd be worried about running on my system but I haven't even tried to yet. But then again, it seems to run a few other games that doesn't meet all minimum requirements but still runs pretty well at lower/mid settings.
