Will a RTX 3060 connect to a DH61WW motherboard or do i need to get a new motherboard

yes, it's a PCIe 3 x16 slot.

Though I question adding a 3060 to a 12 year old PC.

In one particular game, even my 12700K overclocked to 5GHz on all cores slightly bottlenecks my RTX 3060Ti at 1080p. A 12 yr old CPU will pair quite well with lower-end cards, but it'll hold back a 3060 quite a bit unless you really crank up the details and resolution

Im planning on eventually getting a whole new motherboard, cpu and ram when my parents have the money (im only 15 and in the uk its hard to get job at that age)

Is Windows installed in UEFI mode, or legacy?

In the user profiles here, the latest card was a 1650 Super (released late 2019) and this was the motherboard's bios date reported: 20110218.

Idk, i just want to know if it will attach to a DH61WW

i had that mobo back in the day, it was a good budget option with features rich bios.

Coming back to the topic, you should be fine but for that era pc i would suggest you buy a i7 2600 or 3770 because otherwise with a dual core like i3 or i5 (which doesn't have HT) would suffer from huge bottleneck.
