RAM not working

Hey guys, Just noticed my ram wasn’t in dual channel. I got my ram from slot B1 and moved it to B2. Then my motherboard stopped detecting the RAM stick. Then I put it back, and it’s not detecting but it was detecting. What can be the problem? CPU: Ryzen 3600, psu Montech BETA 650W, motherboard ASrock B450m pro4 r2.0, RAM: Patriot Viper Elite 8gb x2

Tried that ram stick in every DIMM slot and it still not working

Now i tried reseating both of them… And my pc restarts in loop

Should i try clearing cmos?

Now i tried my ram sticks in every single combination possible. And my conclusion is that i should reset CMOS, i think it’s CMOS problem. Tell me in replies if i’m right or not
