I am at a complete loss on what to do with my 6650xt, driver timeouts happen randomly without reason it seems. From Half-Life Alyx to Roblox of all things, and I have no clue on why

I  have disabled MPO, repaired my registry, ran DDU and reinstalled drivers without adrenaline, updated everything (that includes bios), disabled hardware acceleration on google and discord, changed my power plan. its not overclocked and its not overheating. I disabled ULPS

I feel like I have done it all, what is left for me to do? wheres the fix?
