Black screen when alt tabbing

Hello

Got a new BenQ monitor today and notice that everytime i alt + tab the screen becomes black for a few seconds and it goes back to normal.

Updated the gpu drivers,display drivers but the problem is still there.

any idea what may cause the issue ?

 

P.S. ive tried my old monitor and it does not happen.
