they don't come with it. You can install it when you get the mobo but you'll have to use bios flashback. Or you could just get a cheap z790 ddr4 board

if it's been recently made probably yes but I doubt it. If you buy it in a store or online shop you can ask them to update the bios for you if possible. If the board has bios flashback it's very easy to update the bios your self.

Yeah the board has a bios flashback. The online store wants 40€ (45$) and I won‘t pay that lol
