Need help with 2 PCs

Hey,

So I turned my old motherboard ASUS B550I with a 3900xt into a server PC, but it won't boot or show anything on my screen. The is showing it as a VGA problem, I bought a gt1030 brand new from a store in Hong Kong. 

So my main PC, which I upgraded to a b650e-i from ASUS and has a 7800X3D, which is also having the same issues no boot and nothing shown on screen, even with the GPU removed.

I've reset the CMOS using the headers on both motherboards, and tried flashing to a newer BIOS using the BIO Flashback on a USB.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

MB: Asus b650e-i

RAM: Corsair dominator 16x2 5200mhz 

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: Gigabyte 3080 12gb (windforce?)

PSU: Corsair SF750

Storage: 2x 1TB Corsair SSD

CPU Cooler: rog Lc240

 

Server PC Parts:

MB: Asus b550i

RAM: Gskillz 32GBx2 3000mhz ram

CPU: 3900xt

GPU: Gigabyte GT1030

PSU: Coolermaste v550

Storage: 1x 1TB Samsung SSD, 4x Miscellaneous HDDs I've collected over time

CPU Cooler: Noctua L9a

Seems like whatever you are plugging it into is broken. Try another monitor.

I have just checked, my monitor works completely fine when it's plugged into my laptop and my tablet. Any more suggestions?

Does it get stuck on any of the Q-LEDs? Page 33.

It is getting stuck on the VGA led.
