Posted September 14, 2023 Wait and see what happens. Usually it won't hurt to turn it off but I wouldn't. I would give it 15 minutes. If it's still on that screen in the morning, power cycle it if there doesn't seem to be any drive activity. I sold my soul for ProSupport. Posted September 14, 2023 Windows just did an update that took my machine a bit to install. Maybe yours is doing the same because of the Windows update? Unless you smell smoke and see flames coming out of the machine, I would wait a bit more. Maybe 10-15 minutes or so. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Take care and good luck.
